Tuguegarao City

About three hours from Tuguegarao City is the town of Sta. Ana. To get there, you may ride a bus going straight to the town from Don Domingo Bus Terminal in front of a market. To get to the bus terminal, just hail a tricycle and tell the driver that you're going to Don Domingo Bus Terminal, and you'll be delivered there. There are no aircon buses though. When you get to the center of the town (just look for where the public market is), ride another tricycle, and tell the driver to Jotay Beach Resort. You'll be delivered to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Philippines I've seen! Be very friendly! People here are, and they expect that their friendliness would be reciprocated. Be prepared to pump water when bathing after swimming in the beach, and doing other bathroom/comfort room things. The water is very "peaceful" and clear. It is so clear that dropping a pebble in a deep part of the sea, we counted until 13 seconds when we cannot see the pebble anymore! The shores are corally. The beach is good for swimming and snorkelling.
